The prices shown include breakfast, bed linen & towels and tourist tax.

During low season we ask for a minimum stay of 2 nights and during high season 4 nights. During the period of the Jazz Festival in Marciac (high season) you also have the possibility to stay for only 2 or 3 nights.

An extra bed in the room for children up to the age of 14 is possible by request in advance. An extra person in the room 30 € per night. For a child’s bed up to 2 years, only 7 € per night is asked (a highchair and a changing mat are available). For a single occupation of a room there is a reduction of
15 € on the listed price (not applicable during the High Season).

To respect your privacy, your room will not be cleaned daily. Bed linen and towels will be replaced at least once a week.

You can arrive and depart any day of the week. The rooms are available from 4 p.m. and departure is before 10 a.m.. Please inform us in advance of arrivals after 6 p.m.

Dinner (table d’hôtes) is available 4 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). A starter, main course, dessert, coffee and house wine at will are included for the price of 40 € per person. On occasion, the classic dinner with an adjusted price is replaced by an extensive local dish (dish typical of the region) supplemented with a dessert. There is an adapted menu for children up to the age of 14 at the price of 15 € per child (main course, dessert and a soft drink). Table d’hôtes means to be cozy together, share stories and enjoy tasty local products. If you are allergic to certain ingredients, we ask you to inform us in advance.

We love pet animals but they are not allowed on the domain because of the presence of other guests.

Maison Olleris is a non smoking house. Smoking outside is not a problem ; however, we do ask that you respect other guests by not smoking in their proximity.

The swimming pool is accessible every day from 9 a.m.. There is no supervision but the regulatory protection is present. Every guest has responsibility for himself and his/her children.

Pool towels for the long chairs are available on request for 3 € per stay/person.

We ask for a payment of 30% upon booking and the balance payment 30 days before arrival. The reservation will be effective after the receipt of the advance and will be confirmed by email. In case of cancellation due to a formal travel ban imposed by the French government (e.g. Covid-19), your
already paid amount will be converted into a voucher for a new stay at Maison Olleris with a period of validity in accordance with the French and/or European guidelines. If the stay would be canceled after all (or interrupted) for other reasons, the amounts received will not be refunded and we therefore
recommend that you take out travel and/or cancellation insurance.

For technical reasons we cannot accept credit cards. Therefore we ask you to pay the balance in cash at the end of your stay.
