Who are we?

We are a Belgian couple, in our fifties, from Flanders. We will be opening our B&B in May 2018 and are looking forward to welcoming guests of all nationalities. The Southwest of France has been our favorite region for many years ; the people enjoy a slower pace of life, there are no overcrowded tourist trails and the gastronomy is one of the best in France. Every time we arrived, it felt more and more like coming home and in spring 2017 we finally found Maison Olleris !

The creativity of Kaat is reflected in the interior of the house and in the food of the table d’hôtes. Kaat loves travelling and she has plenty of information to help you to discover the area. Recently she obtained her “Crafts Chocolatier” diploma. It is her dream to organize chocolate making workshops for small groups of people in the B&B, in wintertime.

For Henk (‘Henry’ in English), it has always been a dream to open a B&B. Managing the reservations, welcoming guests and maintaining the property will be his thing. However, he also loves being with the guests of Maison Olleris, enjoying a good conversation over a glass of wine from the region.

Our goal, to offer our guests a pleasant and carefree holiday, in a comfortable and welcoming environment where they can enjoy the natural beauty of the house and region with its delicious cuisine !
